Kevin and Heidi, Bruges hosts who also manage your home
Guestflow was founded by Kevin Verstraete and Heidi Sneyaert, an energetic couple from Bruges. What started with renting out their own holiday apartments grew into a passion for hospitality and produced Guestflow: a management partner who knows every property and every owner personally.
No ticket system, no call centre: anyone working with Guestflow works directly with Kevin and Heidi. They know your property, your guests and your region, and they are on site quickly when that is needed.
Born out of our own rental practice
Kevin and Heidi have built up years of experience letting and managing four holiday apartments by the Damme Canal in Bruges. So they know not only the theory but the daily practice: the bookings, the pricing, the multilingual guest communication, the cleaning schedule and the surprises that inevitably come with it.
That track record is publicly available: together the four properties hold 2,936 reviews with an average of 4.81 out of 5, and Superhost status on Airbnb for 10 years. You will find them in the portfolio.
